Chuka Ajene
Chief Executive Officer
He is the founder of Dexcel Global Resources Limited and an experienced executive overseeing
the operations and strategic direction of the company since inception in 2010. He was the
founder and CEO of HSI Limited, a company he launched in 2008 and co-developed with his
partner into a major prefabricated housing and facilities provider in Nigeria with a
manufacturing plant in Kwara state. He was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Chartered
Aluminium Systems (CAS), a major building materials concern in Nigeria and was at some point
in his career a senior strategy consultant for Accenture where he worked on a number of
restructuring efforts for a number of blue chip organizations as well as for the power industry.
He also headed the Special Projects office for OANDO PLC overseeing the organization’s foray
into the upstream oil and gas market.
Chuka is an Industrial Engineering graduate from Northeastern University, Boston MA, USA
with an MSc in Operations Management & Manufacturing Systems from the University of
Nottingham, United Kingdom. He also holds an MBA from Imperial College, University of
London, United Kingdom.
Chinonye Ajene
Director Sales & Marketing
Chinonye Ajene has over 10 years of management and marketing experience in retailing
business. She has a proven track- record of managing brands, including launching new brands
of strong products and driving sales in competitive markets. She was the Managing Director of
Easyrain Limited, a company involved in the marketing of Outdoor lifestyles products up until
2010 when the company merged with Dexcel Global Resources Limited. She is a trained
Lawyer with a Law degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and B.L from the Nigeria Law
School, Bwari, Abuja. She also holds a Certificate of Enterprenurial Management from the
Pan-African University, Lagos.
